It is comparable to many of the other top massage chairs but is one of the few that can accommodate taller individuals. The only downside is that it is not cheap.

It’s not as sophisticated as some of the luxury massage chairs today but it could be more comfortable if you are tall. It uses heat and vibration to relieve stress, aches, tension, and eliminate fatigue.

A massage ball will not give you the relaxing type of massage that a massage car does, but it may actually be more effective in getting rid of muscle knots and tension. Additionally, you can use massage balls to target all areas of the body.

If You Want a Lower Body Massage
You may be able to get a better lower body massage from a targeted foot and calf massager than a massage chair. A home foot spa massager could be another relaxing option. Just note that not all of these massagers fit everyone, check the details before buying.
